That makes sense, but because of the huge amount of chemicals in processed food, plus hormones in meat and dairy it makes me wonder if
this study was done years ago would it come out differently. If someone is eating clean but at a normal weight and you tested them against someone who is eating processed food yet still a 'normal' weight, wonder what the outcome would be. I think sometimes researchers get a grant based on what they want the outcome to be and skew the tests and questions to that end.

I overthink everything.
