For the fitness peeps...
Plain protein shakes suck so here's 2 recipes for a pretty good shake:
8oz OJ
6oz Vanilla/Plain Yogurt
.5-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blend/Shake like mad and enjoy

8oz milk
1 whole banana
1.5 Table Spoons peanut butter
.5-1 scoop protein powder
This one's got to be blended or it's clumpy as fuck.

Both have 20-40 grams of protein depending on how much powder you use. And they're both 3-400 calories with a ratio of 40/20/20 pro/carb/fat if anyone wants the official numbers i'll go dig them up
