I met Derek in Mexico in 2003 at the YP. We were both somewhat new to the business and hit it off right away. Derek is as honest, witty, and hard working as come. Business at the office has kept me away from going to many shows in the last couple years and I would have to say that hanging out with Derek is one of the few things I actually miss about them.
