At the moment I don't charge for partner accounts but I also haven't added a partner account in about 2 years becuase of all the cheaters who I gave partner accounts in the past submitters that look like they were legit and had good designs and content even had refferences but the made a bunch of partner accounts just to make some fake galleries that installed all kinds of crap into my surfers browsers from the admin area they all look normal but if you click from the site after cleaning history pop up hell , so I figure a fee is the only way to stop or at least lower the amount of cheater would sign up for partner accounts and this way they have more to lose then just there partner account they also have there cash to lose plus the extra cash I would probably end up ussing to make more sites and buy traffic for current sites to make the sites bigger and better
