OK, I'll help you out here.
As well intentioned your plan is, it's actually an open invitation to get banned from the search engines. A site mirrored across sixty domain names will get flagged by GoogleBot (the only one that matters anymore) sooner or later. And when someone investigates the situation, they'll see the scheme for what it is and would probably ban all the other sites participating.
Search engine strategies have to be for the long run to be worthwhile, it's a bitch to get unbanned...
