The customer service in that case was amazing, I have to say. The guy brought a bottle of mid-level champagne as a "surprise" gift to celebrate the purchase, too. VERY classy stuff.

Suppose you got to give them credit for performing when it's relevant - and trying to do the personal touch and keeping up to image they use as marketing on the front end
