What is the deal, talk about joke borrowing. I have honestly heard this same joke maybee 10 times from 10 different comics. How can people still laugh at it?

They always mention how the Gov wants to build a huge wall to keep the mexicans out of american.. (PAUSE) "WHO IS GOING TO BUILD THE WALL?!?"

Every single time, its like every comedian is required to use this same joke.
