They always paid me on time, less for October, I'm still waiting for this last check so far, but it will probably arrive.
When I sent 2 messages twice about a decrease in my sales (i.e. many days with no sale), I had replies after about 1 week, so a bit late.
When I saw HK first, I thought it was going to be a great program for me, with 15 days free evaluation of the software, a price of $39.95 and a webmaster payout of $12, it sounded like an easy to sell product, but it was not like that. From 800-1000 downloads (not clicks!) a month, I had about 14 sales at the most ($168) - from a blurred entrance console and a FPA with SE traffic. I don't find it satisfactory.
Btw, I met 3 people from HistoryKill (Swanksoft), including its president, at a party at the Internext in Florida, this August. They said they were working on a more "intelligent" software version.
Overall, they have paid me on time, less the last month pay (October) and they are ok, not extraordinary, but ok even compared with other similar programs I used.
psyko514, I hope this was useful for you, as your posts about chargebacks were useful for me - it was the most interesting thread on this board so far.
