Self Difrected 401(k) Anyone have one?

We started a company 401(k) that is self directed, and you can put up to 25% or 40k whichever is less, into your account and its a company tax deduction and is a retirement investment account for you that grows tax free until you retire and use it, and then your withdrawls are only taxed at your current tax bracket.

Its fantastic and I'm suprised more people do not do it. Does anyone here have one? With so many people trying legally risky off shore solutions, why not do this first? Makes perfect sense to me.

thoughts and feedback please
