On my 19th birthday, I got luggage and a check for $500 bucks. I got the message, best thing that ever happened to me, learn to manage your own finances...etc. I am forty five now and can laugh, it was a shock then, tho. I know how you feel.
Here is the secret: go out and bust your ass. go to school, work at pizza place at night, and put up lots of sites. Learn to function on four hours sleep.
