A lot of the girls working for me now have been with us for over a year and we currently receive about 20 applications a day. We are willing to go through any niche the guys want and we make SURE the appropriate people are in those catagories. Meaning we don't blindly throw a guy who is into scat to someone who may not be able to handle that. Our girls talk about what they want to, not what we make them. So we hire many different girls to handle different types of calls and catagorize them in that way. Your callers are ALWAYS getting someone who ENJOYS talking about his or her fetish and believe me, they can tell!
I'm also not going to boast and say it's a GREAT program...even though I have every confidence it is. I can tell you I have custom designed it so it is tailored toward the customer, and he will be very happy with the results.
