No offense but i knew you were gonna reply exactly this. I like what you guys offer and will buy more in the future but please stop the BS. This thread says enough. Your customer service majorly lacks and i wish you would just admit it, say you guys fucked up and from now on will answer customers instead of the same old "if you need anything hit me up" bs.
Look at all the fucking replies in this thread. How much clearer do you want it. The fact that customer support lacks doesnt piss me off. That you as expected deny it does.
