Ok,

I am sitting having breakfast at my local breakfast cafe, and across from me are 4 adults, 2 of them are seniors (60+) the other two are probably in their 40s.

Anyway, they are talking about a place near where they live and how the crime rate is so bad. The 40 year old lady says to the group "I got this email warning me that if I see someone driving with their headlights off, not to flash mine at them because they will shoot you"...

The Husband confirms the story and they talk about it for like 10 minutes...

Are people really that fucking stupid?
