I actually was digging around and started working on some of my old stuff again. I used to be pretty popular as an author in the Farscape slashfic community -- I wrote a series called Blood Brothers, and ended up getting a shout-out to me a couple of times during episodes. I chatted every so often with one of the show's producer/writers, and he knew my work. So at one point there was a sweet, totally HOT groping scene between the two guys I wrote about (it's a scifi show, so they'd switched bodies with a male and a female, and the female in one of the guy's bodies was putting the moves on the other one). I just about DIED when that episode aired.
Another bit was a direct quote almost from one of my fics. It was a fun, fun time to be writing about that show -- they were really open to putting in-jokey stuff from the fans into the show. Of course, now the goddamn show is cancelled.
