I can not speak about all the people at ccbill but mark and chris and even frank are great. i have been with ccbill for over 4 years now. and any problems i have had they have fixed it, or looked at it right away. i started back with them when frank answered the phone himself i remeber making cheesburger hamburg helper on the stove while talking to him... there support is great but you need to get a name and a person to talk to!! and become not so much friends with them but partners....they will fix things or at least try to fix things..right away... i was in the middle of nowhere camping and my server was being hack... on a cell phone 3 miles deep into the woods they fixed things and helped me out 110% that was the cavecreek part.. i dont work for ccbill or cavecreek. but you people need to talk to them not bitch but talk to the right people and talk about what problems you are having. they will fix it.. dont get stuck on the phone with a dumb ass tech geek that loads the o/s talk to someone up in the chain. it works and thats what they are there for... many times i have had hosting companies and billing companies try to move me over to them but even if ccbill cost a bit more there tech support both ccbill and cavecreek is outstanding..
