Not a hoax. I read a qoute on that video from New York Times with the date May 22. Also, I see in ticker bar the name Geoghan, who was a priest pedo killed in prison, so, this means it happened years ago.. I googled "new york times may 22nd bayer aids" & here's one page found about this..
