Only when the pain reaches my no tolerance level and that is not on a daily basis. Actually if I take pills to relieve the pain I may not be as careful about my movements and could do further damage to my back so I have to strike a balance. Beer is good though. I am not going to do a case tonight like I did last night. As is said...to much of anything....
