I didn't say anything about putting anyone to death. Re-read my post.

A single good deed that doesn't come nearly close to righting all the wrongs committed by his "brothers" down there. And of course, a couple months later he was back in the joint for doing something else, robbing someone if I recall.

As for just returned from Iraq, is no more important than just graduated, gave birth, father/mother/daughter/son, and so forth.
Most illegals don't have car insurance. That means that the family who just lost their son will likely never be compensated for his loss at all. Just another sad statistic. Its pretty safe to assume that this one didn't have car insurance either. After all, drunks aren't the most responsible of people, so no reason to assume he would fall into the very small, minuscule percentage of illegals who are responsible enough to get insurance.

They wont even get payment from the military for his death since it occurred here, whereas if he would have died in Iraq I think they get a small payment of some sort. And illegals are just like corporations run by spammers, they have no assets that you can touch. Every asset they have is shipped back to their pals on the other side of the border where it is safe from any collections efforts.
