We may not have hundreds of thousands of customers, but we do have enough that we can't personally call and sit around for the "checks in the mail" clause everytime a problem arises.

oh dont get me wrong, in THIS particular case its been clearly pointed out he had ample warning his bill was past due.. i was speaking purely on a 1 month notice thing.. i.e. if i didnt pay my cell bill for a month because my credit card had expired etc and they shut me off , that would be the last payment to that cell phone company..

especially if i had been a customer for several years
