I'm not billing so I can't say for certain when your payment was due, but this would be a first for me to hear about somebody being disabled on their first late payment notice. I'm sure many here on GFY could attest to that. But I will look into it for you. |
I've use autobilling for over a year, and I'm even late every month because I use Epass and my payment doesn't go in till the 8th or 9th. Never had a problem. Its only a small dedicated box, but I'll look at Phatservers first for any new hosting I need. Great guys, great support.
