Electric company may not have been the greatest, but a cell company fits perfectly. Last year my bank had a lot of problems with stolen credit cards so I had a new card number every 3 months. And yeh, I always forgot to change my cell billing. Guess what? Each time Cingular shut me off. It was my fault, they sent the bill, I didn't pay. They have hundreds of thousands of customers, they can't run around chasing bills.
We may not have hundreds of thousands of customers, but we do have enough that we can't personally call and sit around for the "checks in the mail" clause everytime a problem arises.
