We are hiring a marketing guy...anyone out there?!

We are an established e-commerce company that owns and operates several major dating related web sites including adultspace.com, desperate-wife.com and affairmatch.com, majorpay.com. We are looking for someone with exceptional analytical and organizational skills to join our growing team to coordinate all phases of marketing, promotion and advertising for all the sites we own and/or manage.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Experience in search engine advertising.
? We also seek an individual which can lead our team in our Email Marketing Strategy
? Manages and develops email promotional programs, including content, and researching and implementing enhanced functionality, to ensure that email campaigns effectively communicate the Company?s message. Also works closely with the Creative Team to create targeted email campaigns and track results.
? Strong data analysis skills
? Understanding of marketing principles and ecommerce.
? Entrepreneurial, proactive rather than reactive.
? Will manage ongoing relationship with search engine partners (Yahoo, Google, etc.), so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
? You must be experienced in working with a small and rapidly growing company and be a strong team player
? You must work from our office located in Glendale (91206)
? 1 year work experience with SEO/SEM projects and data analysis
? Proven track record of bringing in cost-effective results from the major search engines
? Hands on experience analyzing web data and marketing performance data
? Must have knowledge of basic Internet technology (HTML)
? Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
? Strong project management skills

Responsibilities:

? Leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of SEO and pay per click ad campaigns
? Manage online search engine optimization/marketing, pay per click advertising, and affiliate marketing.
? Optimize website components such as copy, page title & descriptions, site architecture, landing pages, etc.
? Use Google analytics to review statistical data regularly and optimize poor performing areas.
? Manage and ensure optimal web content and customer experience in online stores.

Skills:

? PhotoShop
? Excel
? Minor HMTL (Frontpage a +)
? Basic use of MS SQL2000

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor?s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


TECHNICAL SKILLS
Applicants should have knowledge in basic HTML and/or web editing programs, and have experience with web analytics and tracking tools.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
? Strong background in e-commerce, project management, merchandising, and marketing.
? Understanding and experience managing campaigns from initiations through ROI analysis.
