That's really nice to hear. We really try hard to make support as helpful as possible, and it's nice to hear something good about our efforts every once in a while.

We try to give an overview without overwhelming the user right up front. A lot of learning Autoblogger is using it, trying new things, seeing how it functions. I'm glad you like the docs, your original message sounded like you didn't know we had 'em, so I'm glad you found them, if that's the case.

You're right on the money with this. The forum is already installed, we just wanted to "seed" it with some common questions/answers, so we were compiling data from the ticket system. We get very few requests for help with Autoblogger (if your host is properly configured and nothing weird is going on, it runs very smoothly and predictably), so we were hoping to wait until we had a bit more bulk to the FAQ stuff.

Thanks, much appreciated. I spent a large chunk of my life writing the program, and I always roll my eyes when people shit on it before they even try it. The vast majority of users (we have thousands of licensed domains, which is why we live the pimp life, haha) have nothing but good things to say after they've tried it and seen some initial results.

Good luck with it, and I hope this weekend is the first in a long line of productive campaigns for you!
