he couldn't walk over grab him and physically rip him off the girl... he had to use a taser this guy must be a waste of life... with one hand i could have probably ripped the little bastard off the girl.
they should put his ass in jail for being such a low life piece of shit i would never ever taser a child unless the child had a weapon in his hand and was ready to kill me or the person he was attacking.
sounds to me like he was not trained properly to handle these types of situations.
