I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot barge pole. Always seemed like a bunch of kids running the show over there. I see plenty of companys attract thousands of affiliates without resorting to barrel scraping, attention whore schtick.

Maybe I'm just getting old though. Maybe it's cool if you're eighteen or something and don't care about professionalism in people you deal with.
