No, the thread can go on as long as you want it. There was a mistake, thats it. Plain and simple. What do you want me to do? The labeling was wrong on your server, it was labled wrong by a guy who was fired, and now the server no longer exists because of it.
It is my company so I take responsibility, but I also know that I fired Myles because of this shit. If I had labeled your server wrong and caused all these problems, I'd feel pretty shitty. Aside from this, I have hundreads of happy customers and I dont think anyone on our network has anything to complain about right now. Our service has improved consistantly, and your server being mislabled was an unintentional ticking time bomb from the guy who got fired.
I did all I could and I cant change what happened. I had other customers who suffered down time due to Myles departure, and I actually gave back thousands of dollars in credits last month because of it. Now all the customers see the improvement and everyone is happy, but you. Your problem is a case of bad luck and I am honestly sorry.
