One not often mentioned is Adult Platform. It's a video site where users can download DVD content for $9.95 a month. The payouts are therefore not huge, but my overall conversion ratio is 1:13 on uniques and the rebills are pretty good so you get around $15 or so per sale. Might be worth a try.
