I have received highway head.
I lost a car because I couldn't keep my hands off of my woman. About 12 years ago I was giving sucking on my girls boobs while she was driving, she had the car on cruise control and my back hit the shifter from drive to neutral and it blew the motor.
I don't know if that story is considered highway head but I had to tell it anyway.
