http://www.clubp.org they arent even USING the .org really -- all they have is some lunar lander flash game there and a "CUMMING SOON!". Sounds like a scam to get your clubp.com to me.
Tell them you have plans for the domain, and that they should always check (and register) the .com version of the .org they plan to purchase BEFORE they register the .org.
ClubP is too good of a domain to just give up through redirection I think. Especially when they don't even have a site developed =(
