I bought a piece of software and I don't actually need it. I paid about $200US for it and the place where I bought it won't refund software.

Are we legally allowed to sell it on ebay

or something like that?

If anybody here wants QuickBooks 2002 Canadian let me know and I might just mail it to ya for free.
