Actually that is a clothes washer that doesn't match. The dishwaser does, it's further into the kitchen. The washer only came in white and silver.. so I went with what was closets to match. I guess a small price to pay for laundry in house, but definetly not perfect yea.  |

I was lucky enough to get insuit laundry via a 10x12 laundry/storage room.
My Condo with 1400 sq ft I got at 150k, and is now worth about 230k.
But for me to put the 40k I want into it would only get me about 10k more over what its worth now, which sucks in a way because I would love to do the reno.
