I bought it back in 2001, at just over 300k, and spent about 75 on the reno. My neighbor on the 2nd floor just sold for about 800, so i think it will be worth it even tho the renovation was expensive. *fingers crossed*

Actually that is a clothes washer that doesn't match. The dishwaser does, it's further into the kitchen. The washer only came in white and silver.. so I went with what was closets to match. I guess a small price to pay for laundry in house, but definetly not perfect yea.
