try those two first, they will go quicker then the option that I said
you will first have to type a admin password, or hit enter if you do no have a password. select you windows install which is usually #1, and then type fixboot and then hit enter, then fix mbr then enter. restart and see if it works. If not, then do the same process and try chkdsk /r
