you need to call him on the phone and tell him to DO IT NOW! Stop asking and start demanding or you'll go to the attorney general + bbb.org. BBB does not do shit but it shows up on their business file and the attorney general WILL do something.
this is like day 4 now? that is bullshit!
is everything you have on this server? if so then your pretty much starting over from ground zero. that sucks!
how the fuck can they not find your server? after all this shit with them in the last couple of months they should not have very many customers left!
