You're not going to find a downloadable program for it most likely, at least not one that works well. For plagiarism checkers to work you have to have an enormous database containing all those 'free essays', articles from newspapers, magazines, and much more. The largest and most accurate service I know if is Turnitin, and they are horrendously expensive ($1-$10k per year). For websites and not essay-oriented stuff, there are a few free ones out there that mainly just check google, like Copyscape… which are again not that useful if just a few words have been changed from original.
