		 You're not going to find a downloadable program for it most likely, at least not one that works well.  For plagiarism checkers to work you have to have an enormous database containing all those 'free essays', articles from newspapers, magazines, and much more.  The largest and most accurate service I know if is Turnitin, and they are horrendously expensive ($1-$10k per year).
