I think the judge's ruling can be easily overturned. The judge states that it's a violation against human morality rather than animal rights; that seems pretty shaky.
It's a victimless crime.
I mean, it's not like if they pass a law saying it's legal to fuck dead dear we're all going to go out and do it.
It's not as if the deer's family is disgusted and offended...
