Well I think they probably choose that (treat everyone as an emeny) option because these muslims would be happy to Strap a bomb to the back of a young girls back and make her walk upto the american soldiers, I remember seeing the Firestorm base movie on Vietnam, where 2 young girls approched the base and the Americans let them get close and the girls had TNT strapped all over them. The Muslims are brainwashed and it would be easy to tell them to do things like this. And if your only 100 men in a group thats taking on possibily 1000's I'd fucking treat anything that moved as an emeny.
I do not think American soldiers would openly shoot woman and kids, but when the shit is going down in the middle of the battles I'm sure they could be considered targets too. Ummm woman and 7 year kids can hold handgrenages hidden, they can carry and shoot guns and thats why they would be considered targets
I'm sure the idea was not : "Lets kill all the men, then when theres no threat lets clean the place up by killing all the babys, kids and woman. I do not believe the orders would of been meant or used for that.
