Post i-Bill debacle, I am back up to around 43,000. Prior to shutting down and re-tooling the ADG site I was in the low 30k range, with spikes inbetween 15k-20k.
My marketing will go back into full swing this week, so I hope to make a good steady climb upwards...
I'm convinced some companies know how to manipulate their numbers, by using bots or something.
Playboy and GFY both hover just over 1,000, which is phenomenal, however I am not sure that their stats always make sense, especially for GFY.
If you are playing the numbers straight, Alexa can be a decent free gauge for you to measure the efficacy of various marketing programs. However, a dedicated stats program such as Urchin is even better for micro-tuning.
