Yes, but I'm not including the discs. I'm not selling the software, I'm selling the computer. The software is just an added bonus. Also, these are the older versions...I have the upgraded versions (except for flash) on my desktops. The laptop is only 1.5GHz/512MB...running Premiere Pro would be a bad idea. Also there is no DVD burner so I never installed Encore.
