Message for the people who joined me in the legal battle against Paymonde :

Following a telephone conversation with our attorney this morning, this is what was recommended (see transcript below) :

"Believe me when I tell you that I truly do understand the frustration that drives those who loose funds, to report it to the police?? however 2 things to remember, we do not want the person in jail, we do what the person to pay. We do not want your funds used to fight a criminal charge that is levied against the principals and trust me they will. If they believe they may go to jail they will surely use every penny at their disposal to hire the top attorneys. Our attitude is to always get the money first and then report them to the proper authorities!..."

In other words, we must recover the funds first then let justice take its course. Our collection agency is on the case. I will keep you all informed.

To those who proceeded on their own (but are still welcome to join us) :

Please DO NOT file criminal charges on these people right now! The police will prosecute them and seize the cash. They will fine paymonde and the money will disappear in the legal battle to cover legal fees. Please try a collection agency first, then go criminal once we have the money secured. Don't let your frustration blind you or you might end up with a big fat ZERO. Howard and the gang aren't going anywhere. It'll also give them a chance to pay up everybody NOT to risk going to jail for credit card and wire fraud.
