There are similarities between the tours this designer submitted to both Doog and Mutt. The designer was chewed out by all sides, and has so far been apologetic as hell.

Dooglas first saw work from the designer in the adultcontest.com thread started by Mutt. There were something like 20 submissions for the contest, and evidently the same designer "won" the contest, although that thread never announced it. Mutt thinks Doog should have run this new project by him, or asked who won the contest, that way Doog could have avoided launching a site that looks similar to what had Mutt decided to go with. He certainly has a point - if they'd talked before hand, this could have been nipped in the bud.

But as it stands, BrookeMarks looks similar to the design Mutt says he decided was the winner of his contest. (Same blue, same font, and similar use of flowers). There were a few other elements that have been changed or swapped out to make the sites a little more unique, but since the members area, forum, hosteds and blog have already been designed to match that blue, and 18 videos and 1600 pics so far have been watermarked with the blue font, it's difficult to change that part of the design.
