Heh.. Ya Stephen Harper is kissing Quebec's ass so MAYBE he has a leg to stand on come next election. He's spent so much time with his nose up Bush's ass, and making decisions and attempting to be secretive, English-speaking Canadians are sick of him, so might as well go for the Quebecois eh? They seem to be willing to follow anyone who pats their back and makes them feel special, Harper knows that.
