Well, seems like you know all the facts so no need for an investigation to prove they were "just doing their job". We should all take your word for it and let the judge rule on your informed testimony alone.
PS: I don't know why police with a search warrant would show up in plain clothes to serve it. That's some cool TV shit that results in begging to get shot at after kicking in someone's door.
