and what the fuck? no top round? i don't think i would want to live in a place without that. you can get away with bottom round if you brine it or marinate it and then use a slow wet cooking method like braising. it won't be as good, but still tasty.
i've never had the seafood feast of the 7 fish on christmas eve. i need to make some more italian friends.

Oh I could write a book about the italian Christmas eve dinner. It goes on forever and it's all worth it. You should definitely try it sometime. Stuffed clams, squid, shrimp... ugh. Heaven! <3
