CECash is always trying to maximize income for the webmasters .. if they were redirecting to dialers, that probably meant that as a Webmaster, you were going to make more money by having your surfers sent to a dialer ..
but regardless, U.S. and Canadian traffic are not sent to dialers .. so time to switch your links back
