i always (and not really jokingly) suggested that maybe the info they reveal to you is something like "LOL, we raped you for a lot of money.. this is a biz, nothing more. but now you get revenue sharing." then at the next levels you're basically just buying more equity. almost like an MLM.
that would make scientology the most successful business in the history of the world. no one knows exactly what their assets are, but it's estimated they might control over $100B. think about that.

Your pretty close actually, many of the "levels" secrets have been posted and are outrageous bullcrap.. I think you hit the nail on the head, they are supposed to finally get to top level then they are told some bullshit story that amounts to " you got suckered , if you tell everyone you will be mocked as a fool who spent million to be told were all aliens "
