Britney had admitted years ago after her and Timberlake broke up that she went through her 'girl' and 'drug phase'. When asked about the rumors of her, other women, and the Florida club scene cocaine incident(s).
Plus if you caught any of the way she talked in her Chaotic series, I would not say it was that far out there. Take all of that, plus the YouTube clips where Britney's high, and talking about sex, and such.
I do not think it's completely false. Regardless of my opinion of Federline.
