I think most affiliates are afraid to even ask... and thats why they created the original secondary producer part of 2257.

It all depends on the Affiliate ... if they are new and i don't know them then there is no way I'm giving them copies of the ID. I think the best resolve would to be to talk to my attorney and see if I can have a legal letter written up and notarized stating that i have checked the ID and take full responsibility for verification of age. Know if that would hold up in a court ... I'm not sure but I guess my attorney would have to give me his advice on that ...
Giving out model info is real tricky .. I know that i would not feel good about giving Josie Juniors Id out to anyone and she started shooting a week after her 18th b-day and looks young.
I guess what I'm saying is that if a program is scummy enough to shoot under age girls then they will lie to you about it and maybe even send you fake ID's .. Best bet would be to go with your gut .. if you think there is a chance don't promote it .... even if you think it will sell like hot cakes .. like you said it's your freedom and no money is worth that ..
