Sell sets to magazines, yes you might have to wait a little while, but think about what you're waiting for. slightly more than exclusive will pay you.

Broker it if you do not want to open a content store. The returns on one set with 3-4 brokers are going to be a lot higher than what you will get exclusive.

Videos are a bit tougher to sell unless they are very good and the budgets would be high for them. Like the Internet the medium to low end DVD market is saturated. But you might again consider brokering them.

Shooting for yourself means you keep the rights and do not give it away. Use the exclusive to pay the bills today and the non exclusive to build for tomorrow. That way you are the master of your destiny.
