Yes, it's a known scam for any card in an ATM, not just epassporte, they put that small cloning device plus a small webcam to see what PIN you type, then clone your card and make withdrawals ... Just be careful esp. when you type the PIN to cover that hand with the other one, so they don't get to read it from above ...
